Tâches ##

  • Accompagner le processus d'enseignement des élèves en difficulté.
  • Structurer le quotidien scolaire des enfants pour favoriser l'autonomie.
  • Faciliter le retour à l'école et éviter des lacunes dans leur apprentissage.

Compétences ##

  • Formation professionnelle requise, expérience avec les enfants est un plus.
  • Capacité à travailler avec des enfants de tous âges avec patience.
  • Maîtrise du français et des outils numériques au niveau B2/C1.

Votre domaine de responsabilité

Entrée en fonction : 1er janvier 2027 Contrat : à durée déterminée jusqu-au 31 décembre 2027 Dans notre école clinique reconnue au niveau cantonal, les enfants et les adolescents poursuivent leur apprentissage des contenus scolaires de leur école régulière pendant leur séjour de rééducation. Vous les aidez à rester en lien avec leur école, au sein d-une petite équipe entre éducation et santé.

  • Accompagner les cours : vous soutenez les enseignants en classe et accompagnez des élèves aux besoins très variés
  • Structurer l-apprentissage : vous aidez les enfants et les adolescents à organiser leur quotidien scolaire et à apprendre de manière de plus en plus autonome
  • Assurer la continuité : vous soutenez le retour à l-école régulière et aidez à ne pas manquer le programme scolaire
  • Contribuer aux offres : vous apportez vos propres forces, qu-elles soient professionnelles, créatives ou pratiques, et accompagnez des activités à l-intérieur et à l-extérieur de la clinique
  • Organiser : vous soutenez la direction de l-école dans les tâches administratives telles que la facturation, l-évaluation et la documentation

Votre profil

  • Formation : vous avez une formation professionnelle achevée ; une formation pédagogique n-est pas nécessaire. Une expérience professionnelle est un atout
  • Relation avec les enfants : vous abordez les enfants et les adolescents de tout âge avec joie, patience et respect
  • Méthode de travail : vous travaillez de manière structurée et vous adaptez aux situations de santé changeantes de vos élèves
  • Langue et informatique : vous parlez bien l-allemand \[niveau B2/C1\] et maîtrisez les outils numériques courants
