Quale servizio di riferimento in materia edile, l'Ufficio edile rappresenta gli interessi del Cantone dei Grigioni quale proprietario di immobili e/o quale committente ed è responsabile per tutte le prestazioni di gestione immobiliare. I suoi compiti includono la strutturazione del portafoglio immobiliare, la pianificazione, la costruzione e la gestione di immobili, nonché l'attività di consulenza.

Per il 1° gennaio 2027 o per data da convenire cerchiamo un/a responsabile di progetto gestione di progetti edili.

Quale responsabile di progetto gestione di progetti edili la attendono un ambiente di lavoro aperto a Coira, interessanti possibilità di perfezionamento professionale nonché un certo margine di manovra per conciliare lavoro, famiglia e tempo libero.

Mansioni

  • Rappresentanza del committente quale responsabile di progetto per la pianificazione e la realizzazione di nuove costruzioni, rinnovi e sistemazioni nel vasto portafoglio immobiliare del Cantone
  • Definizione degli obiettivi di progetto e sorveglianza su tutte le fasi del progetto
  • Preparazione ed esecuzione di procedure a garanzia della qualità per l'acquisto delle prestazioni e dei servizi edili necessari
  • Collaborazione all'allestimento della domanda di credito a destinazione delle autorità competenti
  • Gestione e garanzia delle direttive relative alle scadenze, ai costi e alla qualità
  • Attuazione di elevati requisiti in termini di sostenibilità e principi dell'economia circolare
  • Coordinamento della comunicazione e della collaborazione tra tutti i gruppi di interesse coinvolti nel progetto
  • Collaudo e controllo del conteggio finale
  • Allestimento della relazione di conclusione del progetto e della documentazione

Cosa ci aspettiamo da lei

  • Formazione conclusa quale architetto
  • Esperienza quale responsabile di progetto e preferibilmente anche quale rappresentante della committenza
  • Capacità di illustrare e di comunicare fattispecie complesse in modo chiaro e comprensibile in tedesco
  • Spiccato pensiero interdisciplinare e spirito imprenditoriale nonché elevato senso di responsabilità e consapevolezza in materia di qualità
  • Capacità di lavorare in team e metodo di lavoro orientato alle soluzioni e al servizio
  • Propensione e competenza nel rapportarsi con gruppi dalle esigenze eterogenee
  • Capacità di comunicare in modo chiaro e propensione al lavoro di progetto in team
  • Personalità sicura di sé, cordiale e convincente
  • Dimestichezza nell'impiego quotidiano di strumenti digitali e interesse nei confronti delle novità
  • Completano il suo profilo un'ampia cultura generale e, nel caso ideale, buone conoscenze di più lingue cantonali
