L-hôtel propose des chambres confortables, au charme rustique, idéales pour une escapade en montagne, un séjour en amoureux ou une halte gourmande. Le restaurant dirigé par le Chef Michaël Burri est une véritable adresse du terroir : une cuisine réconfortante et de saison. L-Hôtel de Commune est un lieu vivant, ancré dans son territoire.

Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable administration et accueil pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique et contribuer à offrir une expérience exceptionnelle à nos clients.

LOGEMENT DISPONIBLE

Responsabilités ###

En tant que Responsable administration et accueil, vos principales missions seront :

  • Assurer l'accueil chaleureux et professionnel des clients à leur arrivée et tout au long de leur séjour.
  • Gérer les réservations, les check-ins et check-outs avec précision et efficacité.
  • Superviser les tâches administratives quotidiennes, y compris la gestion des appels téléphoniques, des emails et la rédaction d'offres.
  • Gérer les plannings et les besoins opérationnels liés à l'hôtel et à l'administration.
  • Assurer le suivi des paiements et des facturations.
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus d'accueil et de service client.
  • Coordonner avec les différents départements pour garantir une expérience client fluide et mémorable.

Qualifications ###

Nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) possédant les qualifications et compétences suivantes :

  • Expérience préalable dans un rôle similaire, idéalement dans le secteur de l'hôtellerie ou de la restauration.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Maîtrise du français, avec de bonnes connaissances en anglais. La maîtrise de l'allemand est un atout.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels de gestion hôtelière.
  • Esprit d'équipe, flexibilité et orientation client.
