Pour consolider notre organisation, nous créons un poste de cadre réunissant l-administration et les ressources humaines, rattaché à la direction générale.

Responsable Administration et RH (100 %) - H / F Boudry (NE) avec présence ponctuelle à Corpataux (FR)

Vos missions :

Ressources humaines (50 %)

- Assurer la gestion administrative du personnel

- Piloter le recrutement et la formation continue

- Faire vivre le parcours collaborateur de l-Onboarding à l'Offboarding

- Garantir l-application de la CCT et la qualité des données transmises à la fiduciaire pour le payroll

Administration (50 %)

- Diriger l-équipe administrative des deux sites (4-5 collaboratrices)

- Superviser la facturation, le suivi des pièces comptable et l-archivage

- Gérer les assurances, les contrats généraux et les procédures administratives

- Appuyer le Bureau Technique, notamment sur les soumissions et les indicateurs RH

- Superviser l-organisation d-évènements internes et clientèle

Votre profil :

- Brevet fédéral de spécialiste RH ou équivalent, sur une base commerciale (CFC ou équivalent)

- 7 à 10 ans d-expérience en RH généraliste dont une part significative auprès d-une population de terrain

- Expérience confirmée dans la conduite d-une équipe administrative

- Maîtrise des éléments légaux et des assurances sociales

- Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et intérêt pour l-intelligence artificielle

- Intérêt pour le secteur de la construction et aisance avec les équipes opérationnelles

- Leadership, bon communiquant avec esprit d-équipe et d-initiative

- Intérêt pour le marketing et les réseaux sociaux serait un plus

- Français langue maternelle, allemand un atout

- Permis de conduire
