Nous recherchons un/une Responsable Catering Événementiel (h/f/d) 100% - Environnement Motorsport dans le Zürcher Oberland ###

Votre domaine de responsabilité

  • Planification, organisation et coordination d'événements et de services traiteur pour un client exigeant dans le domaine du sport
  • Accompagnement et conseil personnalisés du client lors de la réalisation de ses événements dans un contexte international
  • Participation à environ 26 week-ends d'événements par an ainsi qu'à des événements sélectionnés en soirée et nuit
  • Gestion indirecte, coordination et planification des équipes événementielles et de catering
  • Responsabilité du budget, des ressources et du succès économique des événements
  • Assurer une expérience client de premier ordre ainsi que les plus hauts standards de qualité

Votre profil

  • Formation achevée dans la gastronomie, l'hôtellerie, l'événementiel ou une qualification équivalente
  • Expérience de plusieurs années dans le domaine de l'événementiel, du catering ou de l'hospitalité
  • Personnalité dirigeante ambitieuse et prometteuse avec clarté, passion et la dose nécessaire de dynamisme
  • Excellentes capacités organisationnelles, grande résistance au stress ainsi qu-une méthode de travail prévoyante, pragmatique et orientée solutions
  • Capacité à garder une vue d'ensemble même à haute vitesse et à donner le meilleur de soi-même quand d'autres ralentissent
  • Très bonnes connaissances de l'allemand et bonnes connaissances de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit
