Tâches ##

  • Évaluer les exigences des utilisateurs et concevoir des solutions techniques.
  • Assurer la maintenance et l'évolution des applications essentielles.

Compétences ##

  • Un diplôme en informatique de gestion est souhaité, avec expérience pertinente.
  • Connaissance des applications Abacus et Innosolv requise.
  • Expérience en support et gestion de projets appréciée.

Les services informatiques de la ville de Thoune (IDT) sont un prestataire central de la ville de Thoune, des écoles publiques de Thoune et pour des tiers bénéficiaires, comme par exemple les communes régionales. Les IDT gèrent et entretiennent aujourd-hui environ 4'300 postes de travail, 215 serveurs, 4'800 comptes utilisateurs dans le réseau éducatif et 800 comptes utilisateurs dans le domaine administratif. Nous recherchons dès maintenant ou selon accord un/une ###

Vos tâches :

  • Personne de contact centrale pour les départements et les communes affiliées pour les applications Abacus et Innosolv
  • Recueil des exigences des utilisateurs et des départements (ingénierie des exigences) ainsi que leur conception technique et automatisation
  • Coordination de la collaboration avec des partenaires externes
  • Coordonner et assurer l-intégration en réseau dans la plateforme informatique de Thoune
  • Assurer un service de haute qualité et compétent autour des applications Abacus et Innosolv
  • Responsabilité de l-exploitation, de la maintenance et du développement de ces applications
  • Planification, coordination des tests et réalisation des mises à jour, versions et packs de service
  • Assurer la disponibilité du système

Vous apportez :

  • De préférence un diplôme en informatique de gestion (HF ou Bachelor)
  • Expérience dans l-exploitation et le support d-applications centrales
  • Connaissances d-Abacus et/ou Innosolv
  • Expérience en support ainsi qu-en environnement projet
  • Compréhension des processus administratifs est un avantage
