Dans ce cadre, il cherche un-e manager capable de garantir la stabilité de l'exploitation tout en pilotant cette transformation.

Responsable d'équipe IT (h/f) - 80-100 %

Notre client est une entreprise de services publics bien établie dans la région biennoise, active dans les infrastructures critiques. Il fait évoluer son organisation IT vers un modèle hybride, standardisé et orienté services. Dans ce cadre, il cherche un-e manager capable de garantir la stabilité de l'exploitation tout en pilotant cette transformation.

Vos missions

  • Diriger, structurer et faire grandir une équipe IT interne, avec une culture orientée service.
  • Garantir la disponibilité, la performance et la sécurité de l'infrastructure, des systèmes et des services IT.
  • Superviser le portefeuille d'applications métier, en coordination avec les Product Owners IT et les partenaires externes.
  • Gérer les prestataires et les services externalisés (contrats, SLA, budgets), en veillant à la qualité et à la maîtrise des coûts.
  • Conduire les projets IT, de la conception jusqu'à la mise en exploitation.
  • Assurer la gouvernance, la continuité et l'évolution du système d'information, en lien avec la sécurité, les données et la stratégie IT.

Votre profil

  • Formation en informatique ou en informatique de gestion (CFC, ES, HES ou équivalent). Une formation complémentaire en ITSM, en gouvernance ou en gestion de projet est un plus.
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience à un poste à responsabilités en IT Operations, idéalement dans un environnement complexe ou régulé, dont une expérience confirmée en conduite d'équipe.
  • Solide pratique de la gestion de prestataires, de l'outsourcing, des SLA, des budgets et des projets IT.
  • Bonnes connaissances techniques : infrastructures hybrides, Microsoft 365/Azure, réseaux, IAM, sauvegarde, cybersécurité et applications métier.
  • Leadership affirmé, aisance en négociation et en prise de décision, esprit structuré et pragmatique. Une certification ITIL est un atout.
  • Français ou allemand langue maternelle, avec une bonne maîtrise de l'autre langue. Anglais technique.
