Notre centre pour personnes âgées et soins Alpsteeblick - un lieu chaleureux et accueillant

et offrant une belle vue sur l'Alpstein - propose à 61 résidents un lieu de communauté, de sécurité et un foyer.

Vos tâches

* * Direction du personnel et leadership professionnel de l'équipe de soins du groupe résidentiel protégé F1 * * Planification du personnel * * Soins et accompagnement individualisés et axés sur les ressources des résidents atteints de démence * * Participation active au quotidien des soins * * Collaboration interdisciplinaire avec les médecins généralistes, les thérapeutes * * Assurance qualité et développement continu des soins *

Votre bagage

* * Formation en tant qu-infirmier(ère) diplômé(e) HF ou formation équivalente * * Expérience professionnelle et en gestion dans le domaine des soins de longue durée est un atout * * Personne communicative et décidée, appréciant le contact avec les personnes âgées * * Grande résistance au stress et capacité de persuasion * * Bonne maîtrise de l-allemand * * Bonnes compétences en informatique et expérience avec les programmes IT courants *
