Tâches ##

  • Recrutement et accompagnement de jeunes automatistes en formation.
  • Coordination des stages auprès de nos entreprises partenaires.
  • Planification d'événements d'information pour les apprenants.

Compétences ##

  • Diplôme d'automaticien avec expérience et formation complémentaire.
  • Compétences en leadership et pédagogie adaptées aux jeunes.
  • Excellente communication et sens de l'organisation.

Pourquoi vous devriez commencer chez nous / vos tâches

  • Recrutement, direction, accompagnement et promotion ciblée des apprentis dans les métiers d'automaticien/ne CFC, monteur/euse automaticien/ne CFC
  • Coordination du transfert des apprentis vers les lieux de formation chez nos entreprises partenaires
  • Acquisition, évaluation et garantie durable des places de formation
  • Centre de communication entre les apprentis, partenaires internes, membres, formateurs/trices pratiques, parents, écoles et autorités
  • Planification et organisation d'événements d'information
  • Surveillance du niveau de formation et de développement des apprentis ainsi que garantie de l'atteinte des objectifs

Ce que vous devriez apporter

  • Apprentissage achevé en tant qu'automaticien/ne avec plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle
  • Formation continue au niveau de la formation professionnelle supérieure
  • Expérience dans des fonctions de direction
  • Joie et motivation à travailler avec des jeunes
  • Personnalité autonome, résistante avec un sens pédagogique fin
  • Orienté/e équipe, fort/e en organisation et avec une pensée entrepreneuriale
  • Très bonnes connaissances de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Formation pédagogique et coaching un atout
  • Apparence assurée dans un environnement dynamique et varié
