Le centre de santé de Dielsdorf est un centre de compétence gériatrique moderne avec environ 500 collaborateurs issus de 35 nations. Notre offre va du conseil pour les personnes âgées et leurs proches aux soins généraux et spécialisés de longue durée, jusqu-aux soins et à l-accompagnement à domicile. En tant que plus grande Spitex publique du district de Dielsdorf, nous fournissons des prestations ambulatoires pour nos neuf communes contractantes. Grâce à notre offre complète de soins, nous permettons aux personnes de rester aussi longtemps que possible dans leur domicile habituel malgré des limitations de santé. À l-avenir, il est prévu d-établir un service de nuit Spitex.

Tâches

  • Développement et amélioration continue du secteur de la formation dans le cadre ambulatoire du centre de santé
  • Responsabilité globale pour la mise en œuvre, la coordination et l-assurance qualité de la mission de formation conformément à l-ordonnance sur la formation et aux directives internes dans le domaine des soins pour les formations aux niveaux tertiaire, secondaire et assistant ainsi que pour les stagiaires
  • Coordination des différentes formations en étroite collaboration avec les formateurs professionnels ainsi que les chefs de département et d-équipe
  • Assurer la fonction d-interface avec les établissements de formation et autres partenaires
  • Contrôle du respect du plan de formation ainsi que des processus d-apprentissage individuels de tous les apprenants
  • Accompagnement, soutien et promotion de nos apprenants et étudiants
  • Soutien professionnel de nos formateurs au quotidien

Profil

  • Vous disposez d-une formation achevée en tant que professionnel·le en soins infirmiers HF avec reconnaissance SSR ainsi que d-au moins 600 heures d-apprentissage attestées et d-une formation approfondie en formation professionnelle (par ex. certificat SVEB ou brevet fédéral de formateur).
  • Vous avez une expérience solide en formation professionnelle, idéalement dans le domaine Spitex ou ambulatoire, et connaissez le système de formation en soins ainsi que les directives cantonales du canton de Zurich.
  • Vous vous distinguez par une grande compétence sociale, appréciez la collaboration interdisciplinaire, accordez une grande importance au maintien du réseau et travaillez de manière constructive avec les partenaires de formation internes et externes.
  • Vous entretenez une approche respectueuse, communiquez des attentes claires, évaluez équitablement et menez avec assurance même des entretiens exigeants.
  • Vous convainquez par un sens élevé des responsabilités, une manière de travailler autonome, structurée et fiable ainsi qu-une grande flexibilité.
  • Vous possédez d-excellentes connaissances de l-allemand à l-oral et à l-écrit, communiquez ouvertement, prenez des accords contraignants et agissez de manière orientée vers les solutions.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d-un permis de conduire de catégorie B.
