Tâches ##

Le CICR gère d'importantes quantités d'informations dans des contextes largement dispersés et affectés par des conflits. Les situations de conflit en évolution rapide, la sensibilité des informations confiées confidentiellement au CICR et la forte rotation du personnel sur le terrain rendent le transfert efficace des connaissances essentiel aux opérations. Parallèlement, l'intelligence artificielle change la manière dont les gens utilisent l'information, et avec elle la nature même de l'information : sa valeur, son authenticité, son volume, sa précision, son accessibilité, son rythme et son cycle de vie.

Le responsable de la gouvernance de l'information dirige la stratégie, la gouvernance et l'exécution opérationnelle du cycle de vie de l'information du CICR. Le titulaire du poste élabore et met en œuvre une feuille de route 2027-2030 alignant les équipes concernées à travers l'organisation (opérations, archives, gouvernance des données et produits du lieu de travail numérique) pour organiser et protéger les informations du CICR, exploiter l'IA conformément aux politiques institutionnelles et promouvoir des pratiques responsables. Le rôle transforme les données et informations non structurées en actifs stratégiques, assure la conformité aux normes internes et externes, et protège les actifs informationnels en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de cybersécurité. En améliorant la qualité de l'information, le titulaire du poste favorise la préparation à l'IA et garantit que les dirigeants reçoivent des renseignements précis et exploitables pour la prise de décision en situation de crise.

En collaboration avec les TIC et d'autres métiers (unités opérationnelles), ce rôle renforce la capacité du CICR à gérer et utiliser l'information via le lieu de travail numérique et à offrir des expériences intuitives de recherche et de récupération.
