Vos tâches - internationales, colorées, responsables

  • Responsabilité globale du magasin à la gare de Berne
  • Direction, motivation et développement de votre équipe
  • Assurer un fonctionnement fluide des ventes, de la caisse et du stock
  • Participation active en magasin - vous êtes un modèle en matière de service client et de travail d-équipe
  • Planification optimale du personnel et formation des nouveaux collaborateurs
  • Création d-une présentation attractive des produits
  • Accueil professionnel de notre clientèle internationale - chaleureux, personnel et multilingue
  • Mise en œuvre et respect des normes d-hygiène (vente alimentaire)
  • Responsabilité du budget pour le chiffre d-affaires, les coûts et le stock

Votre profil - éloquent, engagé, responsable

  • Expérience dans le commerce de détail, idéalement en poste de direction
  • Joie de diriger une équipe diversifiée - avec empathie et clarté
  • Méthode de travail autonome, structurée et orientée solutions
  • Passion pour le contact client - notamment avec des visiteurs internationaux
  • Très bonnes connaissances en allemand ainsi que bonnes connaissances en anglais (autres langues un atout)
  • Talent d-organisation, engagement et esprit pratique
  • Conscience hygiénique et sens des responsabilités dans la manipulation des aliments
