Cheffe ou Chef de projets IT senior

Rattaché à la plateforme Solutions IT - Finance Risques et RH, vous occupez une position stratégique avec une mission prioritaire : pilotez la transition de notre plateforme SAP vers S/4Hana en cohérence avec le portefeuille de projets IT des équipes de Comptabilité financière, du Contrôle de Gestion, du Procurement et des Ressources Humaines.

Vous êtes responsable de la migration SAP, de son exécution technique et de son alignement avec les besoins des métiers de la BCV.

Vos missions principales:

* conduire le programme de transformation de la plateforme SAP de la banque

  • collaborer activement avec les métiers et les autres secteurs IT dans l-analyse des besoins ainsi que dans le design des solutions,
  • délivrer des projets IT d'envergure / critiques / complexes sur les axes délais, coût, qualité et périmètre, en mitiger proactivement les risques et fournir un reporting transparent au management,
  • assurer un haut niveau de qualité des spécifications fonctionnelles et non-fonctionnelles en impliquant les experts et, sur cette base, concevoir, préparer et piloter les tests d'acceptance utilisateurs,
  • challenger les solutions techniques et s'assurer systématiquement avec les architectes de leur adéquation avec les standards d'architecture banque,
  • contribuer à la construction d'un plan annuel cohérent d'évolutions fonctionnelles et techniques des applications du domaine, aligné avec les priorités de la stratégie métier.

Votre profil:

  • formation supérieure en informatique, ou équivalent,
  • expérience de 5 ans minimum dans la conduite de projets SAP, notamment dans la conduite de migration SAP (Brownfield+ Selective Data Transition)
  • certification Scrum Master,SAP Activate,
  • capacité à mener des équipes de développement et un intégrateur,
  • capacité de négociation et de communication, orientation solutions,
  • sens de l-organisation et dynamisme,
  • connaissance des métiers bancaire, de la comptabilité analytique et du contrôle de gestion, des RH
  • connaissance des aspects réglementaires associés (Finma, BNS, LSFin, Fatca/Crs),
  • expertise démontrée sur la plateforme SAP (FI, CO, PS, MM, RE-FX, HCM).
