Fondé en 1987 par Maurice Béjart, le Béjart Ballet Lausanne se distingue comme une référence internationale dans le monde de la danse et de la chorégraphie.

Située à Lausanne, la Fondation BBL, structure autonome subventionnée par la Ville de Lausanne, regroupe une équipe d-environ 70 personnes. Chaque année, nos 40 danseuses et danseurs se produisent sur les plus grandes scènes internationales, contribuant à faire rayonner notre institution dans le monde entier. Une performance remarquable à laquelle contribuent activement des équipes technique et administrative motivées.

Responsable des Ressources Humaines - 60%

Votre future mission

  • Définir et déployer la politique RH du BBL, en concertation avec la Direction
  • Développer et piloter les différents processus RH
  • Garantir l-application du droit du travail
  • Apporter conseil et soutien aux cadres et au personnel pour toutes les questions liées aux RH
  • Favoriser un cadre propice à la santé et au bien-être du personnel
  • Accompagner les situations RH, potentiellement complexes ou sensibles
  • Organiser et participer aux entretiens d'évaluation du personnel
  • Optimiser la gestion du temps de travail en vigueur et son applicabilité selon les règlements internes et la loi
  • Effectuer le suivi des absences
  • Gérer la communication interne liée aux affaires RH

Le profil idéal recherché :

  • Une formation universitaire en sciences humaines avec une composante RH ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Une expérience professionnelle avérée de 8 ans minimum dans une fonction de Responsable RH de préférence dans un environnement proche du monde artistique.
  • Une très bonne maîtrise des processus RH, ainsi qu-une expérience confirmée dans leur mise en œuvre. Une bonne connaissance du droit du travail et des assurances sociales.
  • Une capacité d-écoute avec une intelligence émotionnelle élevée, permettant d'analyser finement des situations complexes et de transmettre naturellement des messages sensibles avec tact.
  • Un fort esprit de synthèse et de résolution de problèmes, tout en adoptant une vision globale et une capacité à prendre des initiatives.
  • Un savoir-faire en matière de gestion du changement, de conduite de projets RH et de qualités rédactionnelles dans l-élaboration de documents.
  • De langue maternelle française et maîtrise de l-anglais (lu, parlé et écrit).
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques ; la connaissance du logiciel Abacus constitue un atout
