Responsable prévoyance privée - Chef de secteur

Vos missions:

  • développer le secteur dans le cadre d-une stratégie de croissance établie afin d-en faire une référence dans son domaine d-activité,
  • promouvoir et représenter la Banque dans le domaine de la prévoyance privée (bancassurance, fondations Epargne 3 et Libre passage), en favorisant le cross-selling inter-divisions et inter-départements,
  • développer et entretenir un réseau de relations externes (associations professionnelles, partenaires, administrations, courtiers, experts, etc.),
  • être un acteur principal des projets stratégiques et opérationnels de la Banque liés à la prévoyance privée,
  • piloter le secteur composé d-une dizaine de personnes sur le plan managérial : décliner les objectifs en actions concrètes, optimiser l-organisation des ressources, mobiliser et accompagner les équipes,
  • garantir le respect des règles internes, juridiques et déontologiques en matière de prévoyance,
  • assurer une veille active sur les évolutions légales, jurisprudentielles et politiques du domaine.

Votre profil

  • formation universitaire ou supérieure (HES ou équivalent),
  • expérience dans la conduite d-une équipe de spécialistes gestionnaire libre passage et prévoyance,
  • expérience dans la participation à des conseils de fondation de prévoyance,
  • excellente compréhension des processus en lien avec la prévoyance, avec de bonnes connaissances du 2e et/ou 3ème pilier,
  • bonne aisance relationnelle, leadership et détermination à développer de nouvelles relations externes et interne,
  • excellentes capacités d-analyse, d-organisation et de conduite de projets, esprit critique, orientation résultat afin de réaliser les enjeux business et de transformation de l-activité,
  • parfaite maîtrise du français, une autre langue allemand ou anglais, un atout.
