La maison de retraite et de soins Weingarten Olten est une institution de la commune bourgeoise d-Olten et offre à environ 70 personnes âgées et dépendantes des soins et un accompagnement professionnels, adaptés individuellement aux besoins des résidents.

Nous recherchons dès maintenant ou selon accord une personne motivée pour :

Responsable du service de nuit 40 - 100% ##

Vos tâches : ###

  • Vous assumez la responsabilité du service de nuit et travaillez quelques jours par mois également en équipe de jour, par exemple en service de fin de journée, pour l-intégration et l-appartenance à l-équipe
  • Assurer des soins de haute qualité aux résidents
  • Agir calmement et prudemment, notamment en cas d-urgence
  • Utilisation professionnelle de l-infrastructure et mise en œuvre correcte des concepts et mesures

Ce que nous attendons : ###

  • Formation achevée en tant que professionnel de la santé CFC ou infirmier diplômé HES
  • Expérience préférée dans le domaine des soins de longue durée
  • Grande empathie et capacité d-affirmation
  • Organisation autonome et responsable du travail
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à coopérer
  • Connaissances professionnelles actuelles pour garantir un accompagnement et des soins de qualité et professionnels à nos résidents
  • Expérience avec les programmes informatiques courants
  • Compétences sociales, professionnelles et opérationnelles élevées
  • Bonne maîtrise de l-allemand à l-oral et à l-écrit
