La Schweizerische Fachstelle für Sehbehinderte cherche un(e) responsable finances. Rejoignez une équipe dynamique offrant un environnement de travail stimulant.

Tâches ##

  • Diriger un petit équipe de 3 personnes au sein des finances.
  • Assurer le suivi des finances selon Swiss GAAP FER.
  • Préparer les états financiers mensuels et annuels pour consolidation.

Compétences ##

  • Formation en finance avec au moins 3 ans d'expérience requise.
  • Excellentes compétences en Excel et en comptabilité.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et structurée.

Le Centre suisse spécialisé pour les malvoyants dans le milieu professionnel, avec des sites à Bâle (SIBU) et Lausanne (SRIHV), fait partie de la Fondation Erlenhof. Les personnes malvoyantes apprennent au SIBU et au SRIHV à utiliser efficacement des aides adaptées individuellement, clé de toute perspective professionnelle. Nos donneurs d-ordre sont les offices cantonaux AI.

Pour notre jeune équipe dynamique, nous recherchons dès le 1er janvier ou à convenir un(e) :

Responsable Finances 80 % - 100 % (h/f/d) #

Votre domaine d-activité :

  • En tant que responsable Finances, vous dirigez une petite équipe de 3 collaborateurs
  • Vous êtes membre de l-équipe de direction SIBU - SRIHV et êtes en contact régulier avec la direction SIBU - SRIHV, le CFO et le responsable des services de la Fondation Erlenhof
  • Vous êtes responsable de la gestion des finances et de la comptabilité selon Swiss GAAP FER et interlocuteur pour le contrôle interne (SIBU - SRIHV)
  • Pour la consolidation par la Fondation Erlenhof, vous établissez les comptes mensuels et annuels
  • Vous supervisez la facturation, le recouvrement et les paiements et gérez les livres auxiliaires (clients, fournisseurs, immobilisations, stocks, salaires)
  • Vous établissez les déclarations de TVA
  • Dans votre fonction, vous êtes également interlocuteur pour les questions d-infrastructure - vous assumez principalement un rôle de coordination
  • Nous apprécions également votre collaboration et votre expertise dans le développement de concepts, groupes de travail et projets

Ce que vous apportez :

  • Diplôme de commerçant/-ère CFC, ainsi qu-une formation continue achevée dans le domaine financier (par ex. brevet fédéral en finance et comptabilité ou équivalent, formation approfondie en finances)
  • Au moins 3 ans d-expérience professionnelle en finance et comptabilité
  • Expérience dans l-établissement de comptes (Swiss GAAP FER un atout)
  • Très bonnes compétences informatiques, notamment Excel (indispensable)
  • Capacité à comprendre les interrelations
  • Méthode de travail autonome et précise
