Le département Compliance fait partie de la division Legal, Compliance & Regulatory.

Pour renforcer la division des demandes des autorités, nous recherchons dès maintenant ou selon accord un(e) Responsable Paralegal.

Nous nous adressons à une personne intègre, communicative et digne de confiance, avec une expérience en gestion, qui souhaite s'engager professionnellement pour notre banque, diriger la petite équipe Paralegal et la soutenir opérationnellement.

Vos tâches ##

  • Direction professionnelle de l'équipe Paralegal
  • Tâches de reporting associées
  • Traitement du courrier physique et électronique des demandes des autorités
  • Examen et traitement des ordonnances de communication des autorités d'enquête, des offices des faillites et des poursuites, des services sociaux et des publications du SHAB
  • Correspondance écrite et téléphonique avec les autorités et offices
  • Tenue et mise à jour des statistiques dans le domaine des demandes des autorités
  • Disponibilité à participer à d'autres tâches

Ce que vous apportez ##

  • Plusieurs années d'expérience dans le domaine Paralegal avec expertise sur les demandes des autorités telles que les ordonnances de communication, la loi sur la poursuite pour dettes et la faillite, les annonces SHAB, les saisies
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience réussie en gestion dans le domaine Paralegal
  • Formation commerciale, juridique ou économique achevée, idéalement un diplôme dans le domaine Paralegal
  • Très bonnes connaissances en allemand ; bonnes connaissances en anglais et/ou français sont un plus
  • Grande motivation, initiative personnelle et sens des responsabilités
  • Capacité d'assimilation rapide et envie de se familiariser avec notre logiciel bancaire principal
