Responsable régional du cycle de vie (a)

Vos tâches chez nous

  • Vous vendez activement l-ensemble de notre portefeuille après-vente et soutenez, si nécessaire, la vente de machines d-occasion
  • Vous analysez le comportement d-achat de nos clients et identifiez les potentiels pour les services, mises à niveau, réhabilitations et adaptations
  • Vous conseillez techniquement et commercialement les clients existants pour optimiser la disponibilité et la productivité de leurs installations
  • Vous élaborez, négociez et concluez des accords de niveau de service (SLA), des contrats de maintenance et des accords-cadres personnalisés
  • Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le service technique interne, le service sur site et la vente de machines neuves

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d-un diplôme en génie mécanique ou d-une formation technique comparable avec une orientation commerciale
  • Vous avez plusieurs années d-expérience dans la vente après-vente, idéalement dans la construction internationale de machines et d-installations
  • Vous avez une bonne compréhension des systèmes techniques complexes et maîtrisez les systèmes ERP et CRM
  • Vous communiquez couramment en allemand et en anglais ; l-italien et/ou le français sont un atout
  • Vous vous distinguez par votre personnalité orientée solutions, communicative et forte en négociation et établissez des relations durables à différents niveaux hiérarchiques
  • Vous appréciez le contact personnel avec les clients et êtes flexible pour des déplacements réguliers dans votre zone de vente (environ 50 %)
