Afin de maintenir ce niveau de qualité et d-exigence, et d-assurer la sécurité informatique des structures de notre groupe sur l-ensemble de nos sites, nous recherchons, un(e)

Responsable sécurité opérationnelle

Rattaché(e) au Département IT et travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le RSSI, vous êtes le/la référent(e) opérationnel(le) de la cybersécurité. Vous assurez la mise en œuvre, le suivi et l'amélioration continue des dispositifs de protection des systèmes d'information.

Vous êtes à même de garantir la capacité du groupe à détecter, contenir et répondre aux cybermenaces, tout en portant les projets de modernisation et d'implémentation du dispositif sécurité.

Vos tâches principales

  • Manager l'équipe sécurité opérationnelle
  • Superviser les activités de surveillance, détection et réponse aux incidents
  • Piloter les projets sécurité en adéquation avec la roadmap et les priorités
  • Fournir et suivre les KPI sécurité de l'organisation
  • Challenger les architectures existantes et proposer des améliorations concrètes
  • Participer aux exercices de simulation (red team, purple team, tests d'intrusion, table top)
  • Assurer la veille sur les menaces (CTI) et anticiper les risques émergents

Votre profil

  • Formation supérieure en cybersécurité, informatique ou un niveau équivalent
  • 5 à 7 ans d'expérience en sécurité informatique ainsi qu-en management d'équipe
  • Leadership opérationnel et aisance dans la communication
  • Esprit critique, rigueur analytique et capacité à prendre des décisions sous pression
  • Autonomie, sens des responsabilités et orientation résultats
  • Curiosité technologique et appétence pour l'amélioration continue
  • Langue maternelle française avec un très bon niveau d-anglais technique. Allemand un atout.
  • Expertise reconnue dans les domaines suivants :
  • Identité & Accès : IAM, SSO, contrôle d'accès, AD hardening
  • Chiffrement : CLM, HSM, PKI
  • Détection & réponse : SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR
  • Accès privilégiés : PAM
  • Réseau & périmètre : Firewall next-gen, WAF, load balancing applicatif, Proxy
  • Messagerie : SPF, DMARC, DKIM, DLP
  • Vulnérabilités : Vulnerability scanning & management, DAST / SAST
  • Automatisation : Scripting, Ansible
  • IA : Proxy LLM, sécurité des architectures agentiques
  • Microsoft 365 : Entra ID, monitoring sécurité
