  • Accompagnement et conseil personnalisés des clients Managed Services
  • Négociation, coordination et conclusion des contrats Managed Services
  • Assurer les prestations de service et coordination continue des processus opérationnels
  • Élaboration et analyse des rapports de service périodiques ainsi que conduite des réunions de service
  • Assurer une communication adéquate et continue entre le client et Netcloud
  • Contrôle financier et des heures ainsi qu-initiation de la facturation client
  • Identification et coordination des mesures d-amélioration continue
  • Identification, co-conception et mise en œuvre du développement des services
  • Expérience en gestion de services et bonne compréhension technique
  • Connaissances dans le domaine de l-infrastructure TIC et/ou de la sécurité/cybersécurité
  • Diplôme universitaire ou formation équivalente (par ex. informatique de gestion)
  • Certifications méthodologiques (par ex. ITIL, CEH)
  • Maîtrise de l-allemand et de l-anglais à un niveau professionnel est un atout
  • Compétences en communication et présentation orientées client ainsi qu-une présence convaincante
  • Esprit d-équipe et grande motivation
  • Orientation marquée vers le service, associée à une grande autonomie et responsabilité personnelle
  • Esprit analytique, global et orienté solutions
