Dans ce rôle clé polyvalent, tu contribues activement en tant que membre de la direction à l'évolution de Stämpfli Kommunikation. Tu combines compétence en conseil stratégique, compréhension du marché et expérience en management, et tu prends plaisir à développer et façonner de manière autonome un rôle avec une marge de manœuvre.

Tes missions ###

  • Tu développes avec l'équipe de direction la stratégie, les prestations et les offres de l'agence
  • Tu identifies les potentiels de développement et apportes de nouvelles impulsions dans les structures, les méthodes de travail et la collaboration
  • Tu représentes l'agence Stämpfli auprès des clients, partenaires et autres parties prenantes et assumes la responsabilité de l'acquisition de nouveaux clients
  • Tu développes les relations clients existantes et gagnes de nouveaux mandats
  • Tu conseilles les clients au niveau stratégique et gères des mandats exigeants en tant que consultant senior
  • Tu gardes un œil sur la qualité, la rentabilité et la viabilité des projets et prestations

Ce qui te distingue pour ce poste ###

* Formation réussie dans les domaines de la communication et du marketing, complétée par une formation en gestion d'entreprise ou expérience équivalente * Expérience confirmée de plusieurs années en management dans une agence, condition préalable \- avec plaisir à faire évoluer l'existant et à façonner de nouvelles voies \- tu as un flair commercial et aimes réseauter \- tu as de l'expérience en conseil stratégique de marque * Esprit entrepreneurial et grande autonomie * Capacité à créer de l'orientation même dans des situations ouvertes * Compétences marquées en conseil, communication et prise de décision * Volonté de façonner, pragmatisme et force de mise en œuvre
