Spécialiste en restauration CFC 80-100%

Vos tâches

  • Co-responsable d-un service compétent (service pension et à la carte ainsi que banquets, événements et buffets)
  • Soutien au service en chambre
  • Connaître, conseiller et vendre de manière proactive l-offre gastronomique
  • Préparation du mise en place
  • Co-responsabilité pour une gestion efficace des stocks
  • Respect des règles d-hygiène et du concept HACCP incluant divers travaux de nettoyage
  • Organisation correcte et professionnelle du travail au sein de l-équipe de service
  • Encaissement incluant la clôture journalière

Votre profil

  • Formation de spécialiste en restauration CFC, employé(e) de service CFC ou plusieurs années d-expérience professionnelle dans une fonction équivalente
  • Disponibilité pour travailler en soirée, le week-end ainsi que lors de banquets
  • Une attitude chaleureuse et pleine d-humour
  • Joie à relever des défis variés
  • Bonnes connaissances de l-allemand à l-oral et à l-écrit
