Woma Work Management AG recherche un(e) Sachbearbeiter/in.

Tâches ##

  • Gérer les commandes clients de l'enregistrement à la clôture.
  • Assurer la coordination administrative des projets en cours.
  • Interagir avec les clients et les départements internes.

Compétences ##

  • Formation commerciale ou expérience similaire requise.
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'allemand à l'écrit et à l'oral.
  • Compétences en MS Office et ERP souhaitées.

Vos tâches

  • Enregistrement, traitement et suivi des commandes clients
  • Coordination et accompagnement administratif des commandes de la saisie à la clôture
  • Assistance téléphonique et écrite aux clients et interlocuteurs internes
  • Coordination avec la direction de projet, le service technique et d'autres services internes
  • Gestion des données de commande, des documentations et des données de base
  • Travaux administratifs généraux au sein du service commercial interne

Votre profil

  • Formation commerciale achevée ou expérience professionnelle équivalente
  • Expérience en gestion administrative, traitement des commandes ou service commercial interne est un atout
  • Très bonnes connaissances de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Maîtrise de MS Office et idéalement expérience avec des systèmes ERP
  • Méthode de travail structurée, précise et autonome
  • Personnalité communicative, orientée service et capable de travailler en équipe
