Suite à un congé maternité au sein du HR Service Center, nous recherchons pour notre Corporate Service Center à Dübendorf, à partir du 1er janvier 2027 ou selon accord, une personne dynamique, communicative et consciencieuse en tant que

Employé/e administration RH 80 - 100% Contrat à durée déterminée jusqu-au 31 août 2027 avec option de prolongation

Vos tâches

  • Gestion autonome de l-administration du personnel (entrées, mutations, sorties) pour environ 450 - 500 collaborateurs
  • Rédaction des contrats de travail, modifications contractuelles ainsi que traitement des départs
  • Prise en charge de diverses tâches liées à la paie (réduction des vacances, paiement des vacances et des heures supplémentaires, enregistrement des allocations familiales, etc.)
  • Interlocuteur/trice pour la hiérarchie et les collaborateurs concernant l-administration du personnel
  • Contrôle et gestion du temps et des absences (Polypoint)
  • Remplacement des collègues de l-équipe
  • Contact avec les assurances sociales concernant les allocations familiales, EO/MSE et LPP

Votre profil

  • Formation commerciale de base EFZ achevée
  • Idéalement une formation spécifique en RH (par ex. assistant RH ou brevet professionnel RH)
  • Expérience professionnelle en administration du personnel
  • Bonne connaissance des systèmes RH (SuccessFactors (SAP), Polypoint et UKA un atout)
  • Travail autonome et précis, ainsi que personnalité discrète
  • Attitude chaleureuse, pleine d-humour et orientée service
  • Très bonnes connaissances de l-allemand à l-oral et à l-écrit, le français est un atout
