Nous recherchons activement un/e Secrétaire médical/e en radiologie pour un laboratoire basé à Genève.

  • Date d-entrée : Immédiate
  • Taux d-occupation : 60 - 80 % %
  • Contrat : Temporaire
  • Durée : 6 mois

SECRETAIRE MEDICAL(E) - SERVICE RADIOLOGIE

Mission principale

Assurer l'accueil, la gestion administrative et le suivi des patients du service de radiologie afin de garantir une prise en charge efficace et de qualité. Être l'interface entre les patients, les radiologues, les techniciens en radiologie, les médecins prescripteurs et les différentes parties prenantes internes et externes.

Responsabilités principales

  • Accueillir les patients au sein du centre de radiologie.
  • Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et aux demandes par e-mail.
  • Informer les patients sur le déroulement des examens et les consignes de préparation.
  • Gérer l'enregistrement administratif des patients et vérifier les informations nécessaires à leur prise en charge.
  • Planifier et coordonner les rendez-vous pour les différents examens (radiographie, IRM, scanner, mammographie, échographie, etc.).
  • Optimiser le planning en fonction des urgences et des disponibilités médicales.
  • Assurer le suivi des annulations, reports et modifications de rendez-vous.
  • Constituer, mettre à jour et archiver les dossiers patients.
  • Saisir les données administratives dans le système informatique.
  • Assurer la transmission des documents médicaux aux médecins prescripteurs et aux patients conformément aux règles de confidentialité.
  • Participer à la facturation des prestations et au suivi administratif des assurances.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les radiologues et les manipulateurs en radiologie.
  • Vérifier la conformité des demandes d'examens et des documents requis.
  • Assurer le suivi des examens urgents et la communication avec les services médicaux concernés.
  • Participer à la gestion des priorités et à la fluidité des activités du service.

Profil :

  • CFC d'employé(e) de commerce, diplôme de secrétaire médical(e) ou formation équivalente.
  • Formation complémentaire dans le domaine médical constitue un atout.
  • Expérience préalable en secrétariat médical et en radiologie est indispensable.
  • Connaissance du logiciel Xplore (impératif)
  • Excellent sens de l'accueil et du service.
  • Organisation, rigueur et gestion des priorités.
  • Bonnes capacités de communication et esprit d'équipe.
  • Résistance au stress et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
