Tâches ##

  • Comprendre les exigences des clients et du marché pour les groupes électrogènes diesel.
  • Définir la stratégie produit et la feuille de route associée.
  • Gérer le cycle de vie des produits tout en assurant leur rentabilité.

Compétences ##

  • Diplôme en ingénierie ou commerce avec 5 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie.
  • Connaissance approfondie des moteurs diesel et de l'industrie des groupes électrogènes.
  • Compétences en gestion de projet, communication et leadership.

Vos responsabilités ##

  • Vous vous assurez de comprendre les exigences des clients et du marché pour les groupes électrogènes diesel
  • Vous définissez la stratégie produit et la feuille de route produit
  • Vous réalisez des business cases et des analyses de rentabilité
  • Vous analysez le marché et la concurrence dans le segment des groupes électrogènes diesel
  • Vous gérez les exigences et veillez à ce que le produit les remplisse
  • Vous assurez le succès du groupe de produits assigné tout au long de son cycle de vie dans une organisation matricielle
  • Vous garantissez la rentabilité à court et long terme du groupe de produits
  • Vous gérez le portefeuille de produits et les variantes de produits
  • Vous suivez tous les indicateurs clés de performance produit pertinents (financiers, qualité, performance de livraison) et travaillez à leur amélioration
  • Vous surveillez de manière proactive et participez aux événements de l'industrie liés à la production d'énergie diesel pour identifier et exploiter les nouvelles évolutions

Votre profil ##

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire en ingénierie avec une bonne compréhension commerciale ou en commerce avec une bonne compréhension technique
  • Vous avez plus de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de produit et/ou développement commercial dans l'industrie des groupes électrogènes
  • Vous possédez une solide connaissance de l'industrie et une expérience pratique avec les groupes électrogènes à moteur diesel
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l'anglais et l'allemand (B2), la connaissance du français étant un atout
  • Vous avez une maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Project
  • Vous êtes reconnu pour votre forte orientation commerciale et client
  • Votre personnalité enthousiaste et ouverte, combinée à d'excellentes compétences en communication, leadership et gestion des parties prenantes, vous distingue
  • Vous êtes résilient et affirmé dans votre approche
