We are looking for a Senior Technical Documentation Specialist to join our Product Management & Documentation team. Based in Zollikofen, Bern, you will work closely with colleagues across our Zollikofen and Berlin offices.

If you have a strong understanding of products, users, and markets, and know how to deliver the right technical information in the right format at the right time, we'd love to hear from you.

What awaits you: Xovis benefits

- Flexible working hours and hybrid working options

- 40-hour work week and 5 weeks of annual leave with additional half-days off on select holidays

- Modern, centrally located office right next to Zollikofen railway station

- Free parking

- Regular team events, such as ski weekends and after-work gatherings

- Open, collaborative culture where colleagues support each other and ideas are welcome

- Attractive employee benefits and pension plans

What you-ll do:

- Responsibility for creating, maintaining and continuously developing technical product and customer documentation for our products in Switzerland and Germany throughout the entire product lifecycle

- Continuous improvement of documentation quality as well as identification of opportunities for automation and optimization

- Creation of user manuals, installation guides, online help, knowledge base articles, release documentation, training materials and digital learning content

- Creation and maintenance of technical graphics, process illustrations and visual documentation content

What makes you stand out:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
