  • Gestionnaire de la relation client : Vous accompagnez les clients potentiels de la prise de rendez-vous à la remise du véhicule et entretenez un contact client actif
  • Constructeur de ponts : Vous faites le lien entre l-atelier et les clients et veillez à une satisfaction client optimale
  • Pilote de service : Vous assurez un traitement professionnel et complet des commandes, contrôlez la propreté des véhicules et établissez des offres selon les demandes de nos clients.
  • Maître de la mobilité : Vous créez une atmosphère agréable et convainquez nos clients par votre expertise et votre passion pour la mobilité globale

Ce que vous apportez ##

  • Formation professionnelle et expertise commerciale : Vous avez une formation technique automobile, comme spécialiste automobile CFC ou mécanicien automobile CFC, et de bonnes connaissances commerciales ainsi que, de préférence, quelques années d-expérience professionnelle en tant que conseiller service
  • Connaisseur en électromobilité : Vous avez de l-expérience en mobilité électrique et une bonne compréhension de la haute tension
  • Professionnel du service : Vous êtes sociable, aimez aller vers les gens et impressionnez par votre compétence en conseil et votre force de persuasion.
  • Maître de l-état d-esprit : Vous êtes résilient, gérez positivement le stress et gardez toujours un état d-esprit positif. Votre orientation client ainsi que votre expertise et votre enthousiasme pour le secteur automobile font le mélange parfait
  • Connaisseur IT : Vous avez une affinité pour les processus numériques, la communication client virtuelle et l-utilisation d-outils d-IA
  • Professionnel de la conduite : Permis de conduire valide catégorie B
