Vos tâches : ##

  • Assister dans la direction professionnelle d'environ 16 collaborateurs ainsi que de quatre apprentis
  • Assurer et coordonner le bon déroulement des opérations, y compris le respect des règles d'hygiène, de sécurité au travail et de la législation alimentaire
  • Participer à la planification des offres et des menus adaptés aux besoins de nos résidents et clients pour le restaurant externe
  • Co-responsabilité de la cuisine, de la gestion des marchandises à la production jusqu'au client
  • Préparation des repas, ainsi que organisation et assistance lors d'événements et banquets
  • Tâches administratives (planification des employés, gestion des rendez-vous, commandes, contrôle des factures) et réalisation de formations ainsi que participation à des projets

Ce que vous apportez : ##

  • Formation achevée de cuisinier(ère) CFC
  • Certificat professionnel de diététicien(ne) cuisinier(ère)
  • 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste comparable dans le secteur de la santé
  • Affinité informatique et de préférence expérience avec BESIBE
  • Personnalité avec une grande compétence sociale, flexibilité et résistance au stress
  • Habitude de garder une vue d'ensemble en période de forte activité et de motiver l'équipe
  • L'esprit d'entreprise ne vous est pas étranger
