Nous recherchons un ou une collaborateur / collaboratrice pour un contrat de travail à durée déterminée de trois ans pour le secteur de la prise en charge extrafamiliale (SMA). Le SMA est l'autorité de surveillance des structures de garde extrafamiliale et est responsable de leur évaluation, autorisation, supervision et conseil. Dans ce domaine d'activité polyvalent et porteur de sens, vous pourrez mettre à profit et développer vos compétences sociales et professionnelles au sein d'une équipe engagée et motivée. Vos tâches

  • Évaluation, autorisation et supervision des structures de garde extrafamiliale conformément aux dispositions de l'ordonnance fédérale sur l'accueil des enfants placés
  • Information et conseil des structures de garde extrafamiliale

Profil souhaité

  • Master ou Bachelor en travail social ou formation reconnue équivalente
  • Expérience professionnelle et/ou connaissances approfondies dans le domaine des structures de garde extrafamiliale
  • Intérêt pour les domaines de la protection de l'enfance
  • Capacité à analyser des situations complexes
  • Sens de l'organisation, grande résistance au stress, esprit d'équipe
  • Bonnes compétences rédactionnelles
  • Permis de conduire requis
  • Maîtrise parfaite de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit ainsi qu'excellente connaissance du français
