Tâches ##

  • Conseiller et accompagner les patients sur divers aspects personnels.
  • Collaborer avec des équipes internes et externes pour le bien-être des patients.
  • Documenter les progressions et effectuer des tâches administratives.

Compétences ##

  • Diplôme en travail social avec expérience en droit social.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et flexible.
  • Compétences en communication avec les personnes en détresse psychologique.

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous ###

  • Conseil et accompagnement des patients sur des questions personnelles, de sécurité sociale et financières
  • Collaboration avec les collaborateurs de l-ambulatorium, d-autres secteurs internes (par ex. coaching professionnel), des institutions externes, des employeurs et d-autres personnes de l-environnement social des patients
  • Personne de contact principale pour les collaborateurs médicaux et psychologiques en cas d-arrêts maladie à moyen terme et des questions juridiques liées au travail
  • Documentation de l-évolution et autres tâches administratives

Ce que vous apportez ###

Nous souhaitons une personnalité autonome, flexible et proactive avec un diplôme de travailleur social FH/HFS. Vous avez déjà une expérience professionnelle et des connaissances en matière de questions de sécurité sociale. Vous êtes prêt à vous engager dans la collaboration avec des personnes souffrant de troubles psychiques.
