Der Drahtesel est une branche de la Fondation Sinnovativ, active dans l'intégration professionnelle. Avec des offres d'évaluation, de coaching et de formation, nous accompagnons les personnes sur le chemin vers le premier marché du travail. Ensemble avec les apprenants et les participants, nous gérons un restaurant, des magasins, des ateliers, nous nous occupons de l'entretien des locaux, des jardins et des espaces verts et gérons de vastes boutiques en ligne. Pour le programme d'intégration professionnelle - BIN, nous recherchons immédiatement un spécialiste en intégration professionnelle, 80-100%

Vos tâches ##

  • Soutenir, accompagner et conseiller à toutes les étapes du processus de candidature
  • Diriger des séquences d'apprentissage en groupe et organiser des ateliers et des formations
  • Coaching axé sur les compétences et les solutions
  • Favoriser l'autonomie et la responsabilité des participants
  • Gestion des cas et tâches administratives
  • Participation aux réunions d'échange, intervisions, ateliers d'équipe

Votre profil ##

  • Diplôme professionnel ou diplôme d'études (au minimum niveau secondaire II)
  • Certificat SVEB 1 Formateur/Formatrice 3Conduite d'événements d'apprentissage7 (SVEB 1), requis au début du poste
  • Expérience professionnelle avérée dans les domaines sociaux ou apparentés (par ex. pédagogie, andragogie, gestion d'équipes, RH) d'au moins deux ans
  • Expérience en intégration professionnelle un atout
  • Capacité à promouvoir rapidement les progrès d'apprentissage en tant que spécialiste
  • Aptitude à aborder des personnes très diverses avec ouverture
  • Grande autonomie, orientation client et sens élevé des responsabilités
  • Bonnes connaissances en TIC et excellentes compétences organisationnelles
  • Joie de travailler dans un environnement vivant et multiculturel
