SPÉCIALISTE EN MAINTENANCE DE LA TECHNIQUE DU BÂTIMENT - sur site

  • Réalisation des travaux de maintenance sur les installations CVC et les équipements du bâtiment
  • Assurer le fonctionnement et l'entretien de l'infrastructure du bâtiment ainsi que de l'enveloppe du bâtiment
  • Intervention initiale en cas de pannes, interruptions de service et événements liés à la sécurité
  • Réalisation de rondes d'inspection et mise à jour de la documentation des installations
  • Participation à l'optimisation continue des installations
  • Apprentissage achevé dans le domaine de la technique du bâtiment CFC
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle dans la maintenance des bâtiments
  • Expérience ou autorisation dans le domaine électrotechnique (par ex. NIV art. 15) un atout
  • Permis de conduire catégorie B
  • Bonnes connaissances en informatique utilisateur
  • Esprit d'équipe et sens du travail collaboratif
  • Grande flexibilité

Maîtrise courante de l'allemand (écrit et oral) ainsi que des connaissances en français.
