Votre futur environnement Notre client est une PME genevoise reconnue, spécialisée dans l'interphonie connectée, le contrôle d'accès et la vidéosurveillance. Elle équipe et gère à distance plusieurs milliers d'immeubles en Suisse romande pour des régies et des propriétaires institutionnels. Au sein de son centre de télégestion, vous serez le référent technique de l'équipe.

Vos missions :

  • Configurer les équipements avant leur installation : platines IP, lecteurs de badges, terminaux vidéo, routeurs 4G
  • Appuyer à distance les techniciens de terrain pendant les dépannages et les mises en service
  • Traiter les escalades techniques de niveau 2, du diagnostic à la résolution
  • Suivre les lignes en dérangement auprès des opérateurs télécom
  • Contribuer à la qualité de service et au partage des connaissances au sein de l'équipe

Votre profil :

  • Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en support de niveau 2 sur du matériel connecté déployé chez des clients
  • Maîtrise opérationnelle des réseaux IP : adressage, VLAN, NAT, VPN
  • Bonnes notions de VoIP / SIP
  • Français parfait à l'oral et à l'écrit, anglais technique pour lire une documentation constructeur
  • La connaissance d'un environnement propriétaire (contrôle d'accès, interphonie, vidéo, télécom) est un plus. Aucune connaissance préalable des gammes de notre client n'est requise : vous serez formé en interne.
  • Vous venez par exemple d'un intégrateur en sécurité ou en courant faible, d'un opérateur télécom, ou vous êtes technicien de terrain et souhaitez évoluer vers un poste sédentaire.
