Vous rejoignez l-équipe People Experience ! ##

Nous sommes une équipe de six personnes avec différentes responsabilités tout au long du parcours employé et du développement organisationnel. Nous travaillons en étroite collaboration, répartis sur quatre sites (Zurich, Berne, Lausanne et Fribourg) et nous rencontrons régulièrement sur place dans l-un des bureaux. De plus, nous avons cultivé un environnement d-apprentissage fort, où les gens peuvent s-épanouir dans leurs forces tout en apprenant constamment de nouvelles compétences.

Une journée en tant que Spécialiste RH ##

  • Vous êtes le premier point de contact pour les employés de Liip à Zurich et St. Gallen et un partenaire égal pour les rôles de direction sur les sites.
  • Vous êtes responsable du parcours complet des employés pour plus de 50 personnes.
  • Vous recrutez sporadiquement jusqu-à 3 postes en parallèle.
  • Être présent et accessible est important pour vous : vous travaillez principalement sur site à Zurich pour favoriser le contact direct.
  • Selon votre expertise RH personnelle (par exemple paie, rémunération, L&D, -), vous pouvez vous concentrer sur des rôles supplémentaires.

Votre profil en tant que Spécialiste RH ##

  • Vous avez de l-expérience dans la plupart des étapes du parcours employé.
  • Vous aimez travailler dans un environnement auto-organisé et agile, où le changement de contexte fait partie de notre quotidien.
  • Vous appréciez travailler à la fois sur les tâches quotidiennes et sur des projets RH.
  • Vous parlez couramment allemand et anglais.
  • Vous aimez travailler dans le monde digital et êtes curieux de l-utilisation responsable de l-IA en RH.
