Was du bewirkst

  • Du arbeitest eng mit der Bereichsleiterin Stab zusammen und unterstützt sie bei strategischen, organisatorischen und operativen Themen und wirkst bei der Budgetplanung und -überwachung mit.
  • Du unterstützt bei Führungsprozessen, bereitest Entscheidungsgrundlagen auf und stellst die Nachverfolgung von Massnahmen sicher.
  • Du begleitest Veränderungsvorhaben und bringst deine Ideen bei Transformations- und Change-Initiativen aktiv ein.
  • Du planst und koordinierst Workshops, Führungsveranstaltungen und weitere Formate zur Weiterentwicklung der Organisation.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Führungskräften und unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen zusammen und förderst die Zusammenarbeit über Bereiche hinweg.

Was du mitbringst

  • Du hast ein Hochschul- oder Fachhochschulstudium abgeschlossen und verfügst über Berufserfahrung in einem anspruchsvollen Umfeld.
  • Idealerweise konntest du bereits Erfahrungen im Projekt-, Prozess- oder Changemanagement sammeln und fühlst dich in komplexen Organisationsformen wie agilen oder Matrixorganisationen wohl.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, denkst vernetzt und setzt Themen eigenverantwortlich voran.
  • Du überzeugst durch gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Organisationsgeschick und ein selbstbewusstes Auftreten.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und kannst dich auch auf französisch verständigen.
