Pour l'une des plus grandes institutions pour personnes âgées et soins de la région de Bâle, nous recherchons dès que possible ou selon accord une direction adjointe engagée du département des soins.

L'institution gère un centre pour personnes âgées moderne avec environ 150 chambres, une large offre de soins, d'accompagnement et de thérapie ainsi qu'une structure de jour et de nuit.

Profil requis ##

  • Formation achevée en tant qu'infirmière/infirmier diplômé(e) HF/FH
  • Première expérience en gestion souhaitée
  • Personnalité responsable, fiable et flexible
  • Motivation à développer ses propres connaissances professionnelles
  • Capacité à penser et agir de manière autonome selon le profil de compétences
  • Excellentes compétences en communication ainsi qu'une bonne expression écrite et orale
  • Expérience avec interRAI / LOBOS souhaitée
  • Bonnes connaissances en informatique

Tâches ##

  • Soutien à la direction du département dans la gestion du personnel, professionnelle et organisationnelle
  • Prise en charge des tâches de direction en l'absence de la direction du département
  • Responsabilité des ajustements, compléments et évaluations de la planification des soins ainsi que des documentations dans le système LOBOS, y compris les enquêtes interRAI
  • Mise en œuvre de mesures sociales et entretien des contacts avec les proches, les médecins et autres parties concernées
  • Responsabilité quotidienne du département
  • Responsabilité professionnelle dans l'ensemble de la maison ainsi que responsabilité de la maison les week-ends
