Support Commercial en Robotique (h/f)

Langenthal, CH

Votre contribution

  • En tant que fonction clé dans la vente technique, vous êtes le lien entre la gestion des comptes, l'ingénierie, le traitement des commandes et la gestion des produits
  • Analyse des demandes clients et coordination de leur mise en œuvre jusqu'à la réussite de l'établissement de l'offre
  • Prise en charge de la responsabilité de projet pour des demandes clients complexes selon les besoins
  • Élaboration des calculs de prix, des offres et des documents commerciaux orientés client pour nos clients internationaux
  • Clarification des questions techniques et commerciales concernant la disponibilité, les coûts, les délais de livraison et la faisabilité
  • Soutien de nos gestionnaires de comptes dans le suivi client ainsi que dans l'acquisition de nouvelles commandes
  • Assurer l'utilisation professionnelle et la maintenance de nos systèmes CRM et ERP ainsi que contribuer à l'amélioration continue de nos processus de vente

Vos talents et compétences

  • Formation technique de base avec formation continue achevée au niveau HF/FH ou équivalent
  • Expérience dans la vente technique de biens d'investissement dans le domaine de l'automatisation
  • Intérêt pour les questions techniques et commerciales ainsi que pour le calcul et l'élaboration d'offres
  • Maîtrise courante de l'allemand et de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Esprit pratique ; excellentes compétences en communication avec une forte orientation client
  • Initiative, personnalité résiliente avec une attitude ouverte et positive
