Tâches ##

  • Gérer toutes les tâches au Front Office, y compris les réservations.
  • Assurer la guest relation et le service à la clientèle.
  • Participer à la gestion de la Hub Bar et aux diverses activités.

  • Expérience en relation client et connaissance des opérations Front Office.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à organiser efficacement.
  • Compétences en communication en allemand, français et anglais.

Nous te cherchons si tu - - as le sens de l'accueil - connais de préférence les processus du Front Office - aimes simplement faire sourire les autres - aimes organiser, donner des informations, chercher des solutions - es motivé(e) aussi le week-end - es curieux(se) et regardes parfois au-delà de ton assiette - es un joueur d'équipe mais peux aussi travailler tranquillement seul(e) - ne te laisses pas facilement stresser - peux parler allemand avec nous et idéalement français et anglais avec nos clients

Ces tâches t'attendent : - Toutes les tâches au Front Office y compris la gestion des réservations - Participation à notre « The Hub Bar » - Accueil des clients dans tous les domaines
