Vous avez une solide expérience dans le nettoyage et l'encadrement d'équipe ? Vous souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement industriel réglementé où qualité, rigueur et organisation sont essentielles ? Alors ce poste est peut-être fait pour vous !

Ce qui vous attend ###

  • Management, encadrement et formation de l'équipe de nettoyage (environ 35 collaborateurs)
  • Garantir la conformité GMP des opérations de nettoyage
  • Piloter l'organisation opérationnelle du nettoyage
  • Planifier et coordonner les nettoyages (nettoyages planifiés, à fonds, demandes du client)
  • Contrôler la conformité de la documentation GMP
  • Gestion des machines, outils, équipements et consommables
  • Proposer des améliorations des prestations
  • Coordonner la réalisation des nettoyage spéciaux (vitres, façades, extérieurs, fin de chantier-)
  • Garantir la qualité des nettoyages (contrôles qualité client, autocontrôles)
  • Garantir le respect des règles de santés, sécurité et environnementales dans la réalisation des prestations

Ce que vous apportez ###

  • CFC de nettoyage / agent de propreté ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Expérience significative en cleaning GMP (bonnes pratiques de fabrication)
  • Connaissance des salles blanches et du nettoyage « ulta-propreté »
  • Expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans un environnement industriel réglementé
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience de responsable d'équipe nettoyage
  • Très bonne maîtrise du français oral et écrit
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants
  • Permis de conduire
  • Sens des responsabilités et orienté client
  • Autonomie, flexibilité, rigueur, organisation, autonome
  • Esprit d'équipe développé
  • Communication saine et transparente
  • Valeurs (cohésion, honnêteté, esprit d'entreprise, responsabilité, qualité)
  • Lundi a vendredi (présence 3x/semaine jusqu'à 21h pour encadrement équipe du soir
  • Week-end ponctuellement pour encadrement d'équipe
