Technicien Assurance Qualité Produit (H/F) ###

Rejoignez ORNERA SA, entreprise familiale spécialisée dans la terminaison horlogère haut de gamme. Nous recherchons une personne dotée d-une solide expérience pratique en qualité pour accompagner nos équipes et garantir la conformité des produits aux exigences de nos clients.

Votre mission

Au cœur des ateliers, vous accompagnez les équipes de production et de contrôle pour garantir la qualité des pièces et le respect des exigences clients.

  • Apporter un appui technique aux équipes de production et de contrôle et prévenir les dérives.
  • Réaliser les contrôles et audits terrain nécessiares à la bonne application des exigences clients et des standards internes.
  • Analyser les défauts, rechercher leurs causes avec les équipes concernées et suivre les actions correctives jusqu'à leur clôture.
  • Assurer le suivi des échanges qualité avec les clients de votre périmètre.
  • Participer à la mise à jour des critères et supports de contrôle.
  • Partager votre savoir-faire, sensibiliser les collaborateurs et proposer des améliorations à partir des constats terrain et des indicateurs qualité.

Votre profil

  • Formation dans le domaine de la qualité, de la technique ou de l'industrie, ou formation pratique équivalente.
  • Expérience confirmée en assurance qualité, idéalement dans l-horlogerie ou un secteur de précision.
  • Bonne connaissance des outils et méthodes d'assurance qualité et résolution de problèmes.
  • Sens du terrain, autonomie et capacité à proposer des solutions.
  • Bonne maîtrise du français et des outils informatiques usuels.
  • La connaissance du portugais constitue un atout.
