Pour renforcer notre département Service & Support, nous recherchons une personne engagée et orientée client pour le support technique de 1er niveau.

VOS TÂCHES

  • Réalisation autonome d'installations, de maintenances et de diagnostics de pannes chez nos clients suisses sur site
  • Premier point de contact et support technique depuis le télétravail
  • Enregistrement des pannes ainsi que documentation structurée des cas dans le système de tickets
  • Soutien occasionnel au siège à Altstätten et interventions mondiales pour soutenir les filiales
  • Participation à la mise à jour des documents de support, de la base de connaissances et des instructions internes

NOS EXIGENCES

  • Formation technique achevée, idéalement dans les domaines de l'électronique, de l'électrotechnique, de la mécatronique, de l'automatisation, de l'informatique ou dans une discipline comparable
  • Bonne compréhension technique ainsi que plaisir à isoler systématiquement les pannes et à trouver des solutions orientées client
  • Affinité pour les logiciels, les réseaux et les processus numériques
  • Méthode de travail structurée, fiable et orientée solutions
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, patience et plaisir à échanger directement avec les clients et les services internes
  • Très bonnes connaissances en allemand et en français ainsi que bonnes connaissances en anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit.
  • Disponibilité pour des déplacements réguliers en Suisse jusqu'à 80%
  • Permis de conduire valide (catégorie B)
