En tant que membre de notre équipe de techniciens de service, vous vous déplacez dans toute la Suisse romande et vous vous engagez, avec un sens aigu de la qualité, pour une grande satisfaction de la clientèle. Vous assurez l-exécution de l-ensemble des prestations de service sur place chez nos clients et convainquez par votre savoir-faire technique et votre amabilité.

Vos tâches

  • Réalisation autonome et dans les règles de l-art de mises en service et de remplacements de systèmes de mesure d-énergie et d-eau ainsi que de leurs périphériques
  • Réalisation autonome et dans les règles de l-art d-interventions de service et de réparation
  • Réalisation de relevés sur site en soutien au Sales Office
  • Approfondissement des techniques de communication (bus de terrain filaires, Ethernet, communication radio)
  • Analyse des données de mesure
  • Instruction et formation de nos clients lors de la remise des installations

Votre profil

  • Formation achevée de monteur-électricien/ne, d-installateur/trice en chauffage ou d-installateur/trice sanitaire
  • Maîtrise des applications MS Office et bonne compréhension des thématiques liées à l-informatique et aux logiciels
  • Méthode de travail soucieuse de la qualité, structurée et orientée solutions
  • Sens prononcé du service et plaisir au contact direct avec la clientèle
  • Autorisation de raccordement selon l-art. 15 OIBT, un atout
