Avec des marques renommées telles qu'OKUMA, CITIZEN, Hasegawa et Roku-Roku ainsi qu'une équipe solide de spécialistes, l'entreprise accompagne des clients issus de diverses industries dans la réalisation de solutions de production efficaces et tournées vers l'avenir.

Pour renforcer l'équipe de service, nous recherchons un technicien de service machines-outils expérimenté spécialisé OKUMA. Vous prenez en charge de manière autonome les réparations, les maintenances et les mises en service chez les clients dans toute la Suisse, tout en pouvant compter sur le soutien de collègues expérimentés.

Vos tâches ####

  • Installation et mise en service de machines-outils CNC chez le client
  • Réalisation autonome de réparations, travaux de maintenance et d'entretien
  • Diagnostic systématique des pannes et résolution fiable des dysfonctionnements
  • Formation et instruction des clients à l'utilisation et à l'entretien de leurs machines
  • Assistance technique et conseil aux clients sur site et par téléphone
  • Collaboration étroite avec le support technique et le service des pièces de rechange

Votre profil ####

  • Formation technique de base achevée en tant que poly mécanicien, automaticien, mécatronicien ou équivalent
  • Expérience en tant que technicien de service, idéalement dans le domaine des machines-outils
  • Très bonnes connaissances mécaniques et bonne compréhension électrique pour le diagnostic des pannes
  • Connaissances des commandes CNC
  • Travail autonome, soigneux et patience nécessaire pour identifier même les pannes complexes
  • Très bonnes connaissances en allemand ou en français, la maîtrise de l'anglais est un atout
