Compétences ##

  • Formation technique en mécanique, automatisation ou électronique requise.

Pour renforcer davantage l'équipe, nous recherchons un technicien de service expérimenté souhaitant apporter son savoir-faire dans un environnement dynamique et international.

Vos tâches ####

  • Montage, mise en service, maintenance et réparation de machines et installations complexes
  • Participation aux essais, tests internes et projets pilotes pour le développement de nouvelles générations de machines
  • Planification autonome et réalisation d'interventions de service internationales chez le client
  • Assistance technique et analyse des pannes par téléphone, accès à distance ou connexion vidéo
  • Retour actif du terrain pour optimiser les produits, processus et services

Votre profil ####

  • Formation technique achevée, par exemple mécanicien, automaticien, électronicien ou qualification équivalente
  • Bonnes connaissances en mécanique et électronique, complétées par une compréhension des systèmes de commande et d'entraînement
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle dans le service technique, idéalement dans l'industrie manufacturière
  • Disponibilité pour des déplacements mondiaux ainsi que possession d'un permis de conduire
  • Très bonnes connaissances en allemand et en anglais
  • Mode de travail autonome, orienté service, combiné à un esprit d'équipe et une communication assurée dans un environnement international
