Votre rôle

Vous prenez la tête du département stations et pompes de relevage ainsi que d'une partie de la gestion des autres prestations (vidange, curage, dépannage) de la société. Vous en êtes le responsable technique et commercial, avec des objectifs de développement et de rentabilité, et vous dirigez les équipes d'intervention qui y sont rattachées. Vous êtes rattaché(e) au directeur opérationnel.

Vos missions

Développer : prospecter, chiffrer et conclure les offres, fidéliser et faire croître votre portefeuille clients.

Piloter : organiser et coordonner les équipes d'intervention, planifier les chantiers et suivre leur rentabilité jusqu'à la facturation.

Garantir : être la référence technique sur les installations de pompage (diagnostic, armoires de commande, dimensionnement) et assurer leur conformité.

Votre profil

Indispensable

CFC en électricité, électrotechnique, automation ou dans les métiers de l'eau, ou formation jugée équivalente

Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le pompage et/ou l'assainissement, dont une expérience confirmée dans la conduite d'équipes de terrain

Leadership naturel et capacité à gérer des équipes

Compétences électriques (armoire, coffret, protection)

Aisance commerciale, excellente maîtrise du français écrit et oral

Permis de conduire catégorie B

Un plus

Connaissance des outils Odoo et AutoCAD

Connaissance de la norme EN 12050 et des réseaux EU/EC

Bonne connaissance du terrain genevois

Maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et oral

Entrée en fonction : à convenir. Horaire : 42,5 heures par semaine, du lundi au vendredi.
