Afin de renforcer le secteur technique de notre Service Immobilier, nous recherchons :

Un·e Technicien·ne de maintenance à 100 % ###

Votre mission

Basé-e à proximité de la Place des Nations à Genève, vous travaillerez en lien direct avec le Chef d-Unité du secteur Technique, votre mission principale est d-assurer la maintenance technique des installations CVCSE du parc immobilier propriété de notre Fondation.

Vos responsabilités

  • Effectuer la maintenance des installations CVC, sanitaires, éclairages, courant fort, courant faible ainsi que des systèmes de régulation numérique.
  • Participer au suivi et au dépannage niveau 1 des installations de sécurité : contrôles d-accès, détection incendie, extinction automatique, énergies et éclairages de secours.
  • Intervenir sereinement et efficacement sur des dépannages urgents, notamment sur des recherches de pannes dans des tableaux électriques de commande.
  • Être force de proposition dans l-amélioration des installations et des équipements.
  • Collaborer activement à la conduite de certains projets et assurer le suivi des interventions liées aux contrats de maintenance.
  • Optimiser le fonctionnement des installations d-un point de vue énergétique.

Votre profil

  • Formation dans le domaine électrique (CFC ou équivalent).
  • Première expérience réussie dans la maintenance de bâtiments.
  • Connaissance des systèmes d-automates programmables et de supervision MCR, GTC.
  • Esprit d-analyse et solide maîtrise technique.
  • Polyvalent·e, sérieux·se et autonome.
  • De nature ouverte, vous échangez avec facilité et courtoisie dans l-objectif d-entretenir une relation orientée client.
