Dans le cadre d-un remplacement pour congé maternité, nous recherchons un·e Technicien·ne Systèmes, Réseaux & Microsoft 365 pour une mission de 6 mois. Vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique et contribuerez au bon fonctionnement de notre environnement informatique, à l-accompagnement de nos utilisateurs ainsi qu-à l-évolution de nos infrastructures

Un poste polyvalent au cœur des enjeux IT, qui vous permettra de mobiliser vos compétences techniques, de gagner en expérience et de participer activement à des projets d-évolution et de modernisation.

Vos missions

Au sein de l-équipe Infrastructure, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le quotidien informatique du Groupe :

  • Assurer aux utilisateurs le support de niveaux 1 et 2 et préparer les postes de travail.
  • Administrer et optimiser l-environnement Microsoft 365, notamment SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online et Entra ID.
  • Participer à des projets de modernisation, notamment à la migration des disques réseau vers SharePoint Online.
  • Faire évoluer les outils IT, en assurant l-administration et l-amélioration de notre solution de gestion des services informatiques GLPI.
  • Gérer les comptes utilisateurs, les identités, les droits et les accès.
  • Participer à l-exploitation des infrastructures systèmes et réseaux, en veillant à leur disponibilité et à leur bon fonctionnement.
  • Contribuer au suivi opérationnel de la cybersécurité et à la mise en œuvre des mesures de protection.

Votre profil

Vous appréciez autant la résolution de problèmes que l-accompagnement des utilisateurs ? Vous êtes curieux, rigoureux et à l-aise dans un environnement technique varié ? Alors, nous aimerions vous rencontrer !

Vous disposez idéalement des compétences suivantes :

  • Formation en informatique de niveau CFC, Bachelor ou équivalent.
  • Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft 365, notamment SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive et Exchange Online.
  • Bonnes connaissances des environnements Windows 10/11, Active Directory et Entra ID.
  • Connaissances des fondamentaux réseaux : TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP et VPN.
  • Expérience ou connaissances en téléphonie IP, idéalement avec 3CX.
  • Expérience de GLPI ou d-une solution ITSM similaire.
  • Sensibilité aux enjeux de cybersécurité ; une connaissance de Darktrace, Microsoft Defender ou d-outils équivalents constitue un atout.
  • Sens du service, autonomie, rigueur et esprit d-équipe.
