Tâches ##

  • Assurer le dépannage de nos produits installés chez les clients.
  • Réaliser la maintenance périodique de vérandas et pergolas.
  • Fidéliser la clientèle par la qualité des interventions.

Compétences ##

  • Expérience en stores et pergolas, connaissances en électricité exigées.
  • Capacité à travailler seul ou en équipe avec flexibilité.
  • Savoir rédiger des rapports de service et communiquer efficacement.

Afin de renforcer notre équipe du Service après-vente & Maintenance, nous recrutons :

Technicien SAV & Maintenance 100% ##

Vous assurerez :

  • Un service de dépannage sur l-ensemble de nos produits déjà installés ;
  • Un service de maintenance et entretien périodique auprès de particuliers concernant les vérandas et pergolas.

VOTRE PROFIL ###

  • Connaissances maîtrisées dans les stores extérieurs et intérieurs ainsi que connaissances dans les pergolas à lames et à toiles.
  • Maîtrise exigée dans la programmation radio des moteurs de type Somfy RTS et io
  • Connaissances basiques en électricité (raccorder un store, déceler un point de coupure de courant). Diagnostiquer une panne électrique sur un store, une pergola, un composant d'automatisme Somfy.
  • Connaissances maîtrisées dans les ferrements de tous types de châssis aluminium.
  • Connaissances en vitrerie, pour l'échange de vitrages façade et toiture.
  • Notions d'étanchéité et de menuiserie aluminium seraient un atout.
  • Capable de s'adapter, à travailler seul ou en binôme.
  • Flexibilité sur les horaires de travail.
  • Sérieux, discret, enthousiaste au contact des clients et présentation soignée.
  • Fidéliser la clientèle par la qualité des interventions.
  • Capacité à rédiger des rapports de service et à en rendre compte à son supérieur.
  • Favorable au déplacement dans la totalité de la Suisse romande.
